★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala experiencia, 2 horas en un corte que ni si quiera terminó siendo lo que quería, me arrepiento de no haber salido cuando note que no hacían lo que yo pedía, al final "arreglaron" su error, aunque para mí solo fue que cortaron más para que se viera "el trabajo", $250 y dos años de crecimiento de cabello a la basura, salí de ahí sin decir nada, porque realmente estaba muy enojada y frustrada, así que no sabía que decir, mi error fue confiar en que podían manejar mi tipo de cabello, pague por un trabajo no pedido, en mi vida vuelvo a este lugar. Todo lo bueno de la atención se va por el caño cuando lo esencial no es respetado.
Bad experience, 2 hours in a cut that not even ended up being what I wanted, I regret not having left when I noticed that they did not do what I asked, in the end they "fixed" their mistake, although for me it was only that they cut more to show "the job", $ 250 and two years of hair growth in the trash, I walked out of there without saying anything, because I was really very angry and frustrated so I didn't know what to say, my mistake was trusting that they could manage my hair type, pay for a job not asked, in my life I return to this place. All the good in care goes down the drain when the essential is not respected.
