★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realy nice small hotel, realy new so everything is well build, small pool in the middle is nice for those who want some more water after all the diving, cenotes and beach.
Food is ok, continental, nothing to complain about, staff is realy nice!!
Got 4 stars and not 5 because of small ants that kept on coming back to diffrent parts in the room (and were sprayed on demand).
Good value for money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On first glance the hotel was fantastic: very new, welcoming staff, great rooms and cool pool. Over the days we were slightly annoyed by the changing staff (four people in four days, making it hard to stick to agreements), the many (!!!) mosquitoes (they didn't clean one high area in the bath where they were breeding, and you can see bloody spots throughout the rooms) and the awful breakfast (muffins from a store, bad fruit, rusted spoons - would've been better to not include it at all). Also: one of our shirts disappeared after cleanup and the staff seemed to not care at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice rooms and pool. 5min walk to the main road and very quiet area. Prices are ok, compared to rest of Tulum. Breakfast might be poor,if you are hungry ask for more. Once we received half brownie for 2 person... If you want to leave early, for ruins or excursion, you have to renounce breakfast, as they won't prepare it earlier than their working time.
All in all, satisfied but could offer more flexibility...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights on our honeymoon. The staff were amazing and they left us fresh flowers twice. For such a small hotel they thought of everything. The breakfast was a great start to each day. The staff were so helpful with all our questions. While the area and roads around it leave a lot to be desired (construction, mud, trash) this is a little retreat from the hustle of Tulum centro. we walked everywhere and had the best time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hotel ! Lovely staff and great swimming pool. Opposite to what people said in previous reviews , they seem to have improved their breakfast a lot. It's now really good and sufficient. The rooms are perfectly clean and the location is perfect. Away from the crowd and close to everything. Would recommend 100% and would definitely want to come back
