This clinic should be shot down, selling ozone and antibiotics which aren’t helping anyone. I spent there roughly 2 months, 25.000$ usd and literally almost died. All the people who were treated there in the same time as me, None of them got any better. Lack of education, selling basic Vitamins, and hokus pokus IV treatments. Dr. Morales convinced me that I had Lyme, which now 4 years later I never had. Poisoned me with so much ABX and chemo therapy that my veins collapsed, liver shut down and I was dying. When I had emergency and wanted to talk to Dr.morales, I was told by the main phone girl Monica that I have to make an appointment and pay 1000 pesos just to talk to him on the phone. After they get your $$$$$ forget about any compassion, help or even A smile. The treatment they provide Helped NOBODY, People I know have spent up to 80.000$ for their cocktails and Nobody got better. They marked up their Pills and potions 400%. Lyme is a very complex illness where these treatments won’t do *^%%%t. Stay away please.

One of the most thorough and detailed programs I have ever seen. He attacked it straight on and was a fantastic doctor with a great work ethic. The staff is nothing but awesome and taken their time with the patients. My words of advice are simply this. Be prepared for a very specific treatment plan and strategy to eradicate your problem. From a physician to physician he knows his stuff and I would highly recommend this place.

I don't even know where to begin other than 30k in the hole with zero improvements in my lyme symptoms. The office has major communication problems and didn't seem to know what was going on with the patients half the time or their schedules. You might ask a question and one nurse or doctor will say one thing and the next will say another. Dr Morales doesn't request to see his patients weekly or check on them unless you ask! Aftercare was a charge when I was told it wasn't and the doctor would monitor my case which didn't happen. They send you home with dangerous treatments and once you're out of Mexico they could give two craps less how your doing. It's all about getting your money folks. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

I went to envita and before that Germany to get apheresis and hyperthermia, I kept getting worse and was at rope’s end. None of the doctors knew exactly what was going on with my case, everyone kept saying it was all the Lyme. I read about Lyme Mexico clinic in a Fb group and called dr Morales, he gave me hope and was very caring over the phone, so I took a leap of faith and visited Mexico. I was given great care and the staff was very attentive to me at all times, doctor Morrales diagnosed me with severe MCAS and SIBO and received treatment for 2 months, IV, Rectal infusions etc.. to fight the infection and it worked. I was very desperate but I’m glad that I’m finally improving and getting better. Don’t lose hope if you are in similar circumstances.

Team Casterline After our entire family was diagnosed in 2015 with Lyme, co-infections, and mold. Our family of 5 found our way to Lyme Mexico in October 2020. It turned out to be a huge blessing in our family’s healing journey with Lyme disease, a handful of co-infections, and mold exposure. Dr. Morales and his staff were so comforting and caring, and quite knowledgeable. Even the outside specialists that were recommended for us to see understood these infections. We are especially grateful for the care our children received at the clinic and the truly caring staff that made them feel so comfortable during their treatments. The clinic was an amazing environment for healing and our whole family looked forward to seeing the staff each day especially during this hard time in our lives when other doctors, family, and friends did not understand and help us the way we needed. Dr. Morales put together individual treatment plans for each of us. The tailored treatments proved to be extremely beneficial in our healing with these zoonotic diseases and mold toxins Never traveling out of the country before we were a bit apprehensive but Lyme Mexico and especially how inviting the locals of Puerto Vallarta were proved to be a wonderful place to heal Blessings to all that find their way to this clinic!!!

I was treated at the Lyme Mexico Clinic for Lyme disease, bartonella, EBV, WN virus and black mold poisoning. I first became ill with lyme in 2014. Over the years I was seen by over 20 different doctors and have been to a few different clinics, but in spite of all that my health kept steadily declining. In desperation I began searching the internet looking for a cure. That is when I found Dr. Morales' clinic in Puerta Vallarta. After reading some online reviews and the Lyme Mexico website I decided it would be worth a try, as the clinic offers many treatments that are not available in the US. Dr. Morales is a member of ILAD, which also played a part in my decision to go to the clinic. We first had a phone consultation with Dr. Morales and then about a month later I went down to the clinic for treatment. I won't lie. The treatment is not fun, but neither is having lyme disease. I am so thankful for the kind and compassionate doctors and nurses that were always friendly and ready with a helping hand. (At most healthcare centers I've been to in the US the doctors and nurses spend more time doing paperwork than actually taking care of the patients.) The patient treatment by the staff is excellent. Onetime I had an emergency during the night and I was able to get in contact with one of the doctors from the clinic. Dr Morales is a doctor that is not afraid to think outside the box. My treatment plan was specific, and if I had changing symptoms he was willing to adjust the treatment plan accordingly. He also ordered regular blood tests so we could see my progress. The patient coordinators are phenomenal! They always return phone calls and emails promptly. They make the billing and paper work sooo much easier. I have dealt with other clinics were extremely difficult to get in contact with. That was definitely not the case with Lyme Mexico. The clinic is not necessarily cheap, but when you start comparing it with the cost of medicine in the US, it is muuuch more affordable. They do not accept commercial insurance, but for me that was not a problem because I belong to a health care sharing program. The billing secretary was very flexibly with preparing the bills according to the requirements of the program. I feel that am finally on the road to recovery. I am very thankful to God, Dr Morales and the amazing team at Lyme Mexico for their compassion and dedication to treating lyme disease. I came to the clinic feeling very helpless and now after all these years I am finally starting to feel better and have the hope of a full healing.

If I could take back my experience at Lyme Mexico I would. It was a waste of mine and my family's money with little improvement. I deteriorated to the point I could not walk. When I asked a nurse to assist me back to my apartment I was told this service was not available to me. Sadly this clinic exploits the sick. It is based on experimentation treatments. The way the doctors treat patients is unethical and at times extremely rude. There are communication issues especially with the office. For me this clinic was nothing but a traumatic experience. I would not recommend it.
