Disturbing an official Mariachi show by playing music very load. Un-respectful.

Disturbed a cultural event by playing music very loudly and refusing to turn it down. So disrespectful and rude.

Worst attitude I have ever seen. Rude and arrogant bouncers and servers. Completely unreasonable. Rip Of!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE, this was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a Hostess so far. When we asked information about the restaurant, she was extremely rude, she looked at us up and down making faces (like judging us, maybe because we weren’t dressed up and we’re wearing sandals and shorts like any tourist). She didn’t let us in, she didn’t let us make a reservation with her or over the phone, and she told us that they were only taking online reservations. We made the reservation in Open Table for tonight at 9:30pm and when I called the restaurant to let them know that we’re 5min late she said that she didn’t have registered our reservation and if I wanted a table the minimum purchase will be ONE BOTTLE of alcohol, then I told her that we don’t drink that much alcohol and she just hung up on me, I tried calling again and she hung up again. We come to Merida every year from the States, we’ll be sure to skip this place next time.

It’s a super expensive place for what they give you, and please stop thinking we are all rich and we don’t notice what you are doing, because I went for a glass of wine and they give us less than a short espresso for $120 pesos, but really… nothing on the glass, also we order a French fries wich was $180 pesos, so please don’t waste your money here

It’s the worst club un Mexico, you get fined for things you did not buy and if you don’t leave before 1:30 they may even fine you for destroying something and make you pay thousands of pesos just because you are a tourist.. if you don’t have thousands of pesos of money fines, do not go there .. every club in Merida is better than this
