La barista que nos dio la explicación se nota que tiene la experiencia y el conocimiento de este proceso, ya que lo que nos comento es que es hija de padres cafetaleros. Eso fue lo que agrado, ya que no es como otras personas que explican un tema por el hecho de tener que exponer... La chica sabia lo que nos decía y su entusiasmo era mucho que daba gusto preguntar y que nos diera unas buenas respuestas. Así que les recomiendo visitar este lugar, además de que es bonito y bastante tranquilo, para leer un buen libro y de gustar un rico café. We are very pleased to visit and learn about the coffee process, its selection and the various methods for its preparation. The barista who gave us the explanation shows that she has the experience and knowledge of this process, since what she told us is that she is the daughter of coffee-growing parents. That was what I liked, since it is not like other people who explain a subject by having to expose ... The girl knew what she was telling us and her enthusiasm was so much that it was a pleasure to ask and give us good answers . So I recommend you visit this place, besides that it is beautiful and quite quiet, to read a good book and taste a delicious coffee.

The first thing you will notice is architecture and design next the high level of service, my waitress (Carla) spoke excellent English, was super attentive and welcoming. M cafe also has a store where you can buy various merchandise next to the store a Barista can explain the whole roasting, blending and Brewing process, and you may try different blends. Seating has options inside and out something for everyone. I had coffee in the garden area, the coffee was outstanding full of flavor and aromas ;all in all a very pleasant and enjoyable experience. Thanks M cafe especially our Waitress, I would definitely recommend this place.
