Terrible service and attention. They are not interested in serving or keeping their customers. Too bad the manager or owner isn't supervising, I'm sure it would be different.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un lugar que te debe apoyar en el diseño de tus pestañas, que se vea armónico a tu ojo y cara, no lo hacen. El material es de mala calidad. Y es un milagro llegar al retoque porque no lo hacen bien. La única lashista que vale la pena es Grecia.
Siempre te hacen responsable de que no cuidaste tus pestañas.
It is a place that should support you in the design of your eyelashes, that it looks harmonious to your eye and face, they do not. The material is of poor quality. And it's a miracle to get to the retouching because they don't do it well. The only lashista worth it is Greece.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo! me quitaron las que traía que estaban súper bien, llevaba dos meses y como mi lashista salió decidí ir aquí. Me las quitaron me ardió horrible, me pusieron unas, a la semana se me caían, les llame y me dijeron que pagara un retoque, hoy, semana y media después me duele ya que me pegaron pestañas y ya están creciendo, mañana tengo cita con otra persona espero me pueda rescatar y me quite el dolor o infección que me pegaron, de veras lo peor
Appalling! They took away the ones I was wearing that were super good, I had been there for two months and since my lashista left I decided to go here. They took them off, it burned horrible, they put some on, after a week they fell off, I called them and they told me to pay for a retouch, today, a week and a half later it hurts because they glued my eyelashes on and they are already growing, tomorrow I have an appointment with I hope another person can rescue me and take away the pain or infection that they hit me, really the worst

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my lashes done here less than two weeks ago and it was the worst experience I’ve never had. I paid around 1,400 pesos for a extra dramatic set adding on all of the extra add ons such as silk lashes, etc. The lashes I received were less full than a basic classic set. Over half of my lashes fell out in a couple of days. Please do not waste your money here! I will not be returning.
