★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen una promoción que si acumulas 5 ticket el siguiente servicio es gratuito sin embargo no respetan esa mecánica.
Poco formales estuve media hora esperando una solución y solo me dijeron que en mi siguiente visita se aplicaría sin embargo así no es la mecánica y argumentaron que no lo mencione de ser así nunca me hubiese ido del lugar lastima que no sepan capacitar a su personal y lastima de mala interpretación al momento de aplicar una promoción y no saber brinda servicio.
They have a promotion that if you accumulate 5 tickets the next service is free, however they do not respect that mechanics.
Little formal I was half an hour waiting for a solution and they only told me that on my next visit it would apply, however, that is not the mechanics and they argued that I should not mention it, if so I would have never left the place, it hurts that they do not know how to train their staff and It hurts to misinterpret when applying a promotion and not knowing how to provide service.
