B	Blanca Martinez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde que llegamos todo fueron inconvenientes : llegamos un día más tarde del que teníamos ya pagado , anticipamos la hora de llegada sabiendo que ya disponíamos de nuestra habitación y cuando llegamos estaba aún ocupada y sin limpiar , habiéndola pagado ya , tuvimos que esperar. El aire condicionado sacaba agua , el WIFI no funcionó ni un momento en los tres días que estuvimos , y la habitación aunque esta amplia y se ve bonita no tiene ninguna ventana al exterior por lo que es bastante agobiante La úbicacion no tan buena . Para finalizar y lo peor de todo fu la actitud que el anfitrión tuvo con nosotras , muy grosero y hablándonos en mal tono cuando solo pedimos alargar la hora de marcharnos , echándonos la culpa y sin habernos querido dar un justificante de que llegamos un día más tarde del de la reserva . Lo dicho : lo barato sale caro , si quieren disfrutar de unos días en la isla , vayan a otro hostal que tendrán mejor estancia. Since we arrived, everything was inconvenient: we arrived a day later than the one we had already paid for, we anticipated the arrival time knowing that we already had our room and when we arrived it was still occupied and uncleaned, having already paid for it, we had to wait. The air conditioning drew water, the WIFI did not work for a moment in the three days we stayed, and the room, although it is spacious and looks beautiful, does not have any window to the outside so it is quite overwhelming The location not so good. Finally and worst of all was the attitude that the host had with us, very rude and speaking in a bad tone when we only asked to extend the time to leave, blaming us and without having wanted to give us proof that we arrived a day later of the reserve. I said: cheap is expensive, if you want to enjoy a few days on the island, go to another hostel that will have a better stay.
S	Sheila Chávez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una maravilla este lugar en Holbox, esta a unos pasos del ferry y todo queda cerca, los carritos de golf para rentar e ir a recorrer la isla están en frente. El anfitrión es lo más genial y la habitación súper cómoda. Recomiendo al 100. This place in Holbox is wonderful, it is a few steps from the ferry and everything is close, the golf carts to rent and go to tour the island are in front. The host is the coolest and the room is super comfortable. I recommend 100.

Excellent place to stay, wonderful attention, made with recycled details and very close to the arrival and center of the island.

S	Scotify on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very strange business. I saw on worldpackers that they often look for volunteers for work for free accommodation. Messaged them, they read both my texts, haven't replied. So definitely will not consider staying with them even as a paying Guest. How rude!!!!!!!! TERRIBLE customer service, and so unprofessional.

We stayed in the big room upstairs, and when we arrived we discovered that there was NO kitchen in our place: you have to go out, going and walking in the street to reach the kitchen that is in ANOTHER BUILDING. Also, there is no real window in the kitchen, no natural lights and it seems to stay in a prison. When we arrived we found our room dirty, full of sand everywhere and when we told that to the girl in charge she was very RUDE and she told us to clean by ourselves!!! We stay there all the week just because they didn't want to refund us. WiFi often has problems and she never helped us, just our neighbor was really kind with us. Not recommended

Near to apartment restaurantes and super market. Host Moises was really was nice and helpful with tips and recommendations. Definitely recommended for your stay on beautiful Holbox!
