★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La comunicación hacia el cliente es pésima , desde dar un buenas días o tardes a la hora de la entrada por parte del Manager del Gym hasta la recepción deja mucho que desear del mal y pésimo servicio que prestan , sin decir que estuvimos casi dos meses sin luz lo cual no permitía utilizar todas las maquinas de cardio pero igual nos cobraron la mensualidad completa sin ninguna explicación por ende deja mucho que desear del trato hacia los clientes y el como mejorar como profesionales en la manera de comunicar las indicaciones o reglas dentro del Gym
 The communication towards the client is terrible, from giving a good morning or afternoon at the time of entry by the Gym Manager to the reception leaves much to be desired of the bad and terrible service they provide, without saying that we were almost two months without Light which did not allow us to use all the cardio machines but they still charged us the full monthly payment without any explanation, therefore it leaves much to be desired in the treatment of clients and how to improve as professionals in the way of communicating the indications or rules within the Gym
