★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen que tener mucho cuidado porque te ponen hora límite para hacer el check in, aunque tengas tu reservación hecha te la pueden cancelar a las 5 pm, aunque llegues a las 5:02 ya no te hacen válida tu reservación y te quedas sin un lugar para dormir.
La persona que responde en el teléfono no es nada amable, ni flexible, se comporta muy grosera, me colgó el teléfono y deberían de cambiarla.
 They have to be very careful because they give you a deadline to check in, even if you have your reservation made they can cancel it at 5 pm, even if you arrive at 5:02 they no longer make your reservation valid and you are left without a place for sleeping.
The person who answers the phone is not friendly at all, nor flexible, she behaves very rude, she hung up the phone on me and they should change her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Su ubicación es muy buena, a solo 2 cuadras del centro.
El acceso es hasta altas horas de la noche, no en la madrugada entonces tienes buen tiempo para salir de fiesta por ahí...
Su baño está muy bien, limpio y el agua caliente está al momento, el tamaño de sus habitaciones es excelente, bastante amplias y cuenta con estacionamiento.
Lo negativo es que el estacionamiento está en otro predio entonces no hay acceso dentro de las instalaciones y tienes que salir del hotel y pedir que lo abran en la recepción.
Otro punto en contra es la higiene de las sábanas, todo se veía muy limpio pero en una sábana había un caramelo pegado lo cual quiere decir que no es tan buena la atención en ese sentido, tuvimos que pedir que la cambiaran y sin problema pero te pone a pensar ¿Que otra cosa vieron que no estaba tan sucia y solo lo colocaron de nuevo?.
Los horarios y la atención son excelentes
Venden algunos productos de higiene personal en el lugar, además de cerveza y bebidas.

Its bathroom is very good, clean and the hot water is at the moment, the size of its rooms is excellent, quite spacious and it has parking.
The negative is that the parking lot is in another lot so there is no access inside the facilities and you have to leave the hotel and ask for it to be opened at the reception.
Another point against it is the hygiene of the sheets, everything looked very clean but there was candy stuck to one sheet which means that the attention in that sense is not that good, we had to ask them to change it and without problem but we It makes you think, what else did they see that wasn't so dirty and just put it back?
Hours and service are excellent.
They sell some personal hygiene products on site, as well as beer and drinks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is located a couple of blocks up from the central square, this comes handy to stay away from the crowd in busy days. The upper room is very comfortable and has great views, excellent for a romantic weekend at affordable price. What we didn't liked about the place is that they accept pets.
