Pésimo servicio, cobraron $300 por dar un diagnóstico y no los descuentan en las reparaciones. Por si fuera poco el diagnóstico lo dieron sin abrir el aparato que vienen y a ver y a “ojo de buen conocedor” te cobran solo por ir a tu casa y “pretender” que tienen razón sin ver por dentro el funcionamiento del aparato.
Para acabar con broche de oro la pieza que me cotizaron era en $2,700.00 y ya (habíamos pagado $300 ). Dicha pieza la encontré en el centro de Tampico a $500.00 y un técnico me cobro $450.00 por instalación.

Terrible service, they charged $ 300 to give a diagnosis and they do not discount them in the repairs. As if it were not enough the diagnosis was given without opening the device they come and see and the "eye of a good connoisseur" charge only to go to your home and "pretend" that they are right without seeing inside the operation of the device.
To end with a flourish the piece they quoted me was $ 2,700.00 and already (we had paid $ 300). I found this piece in the center of Tampico for $ 500.00 and a technician charged me $ 450.00 per installation.
