El problema estuvo que al solicitarlo pedí factura, la persona que me atendió me dijo que se las solicitara a las personas que fueron. Al pagar, los técnicos no me cobraron el iva, me dijeron que lo pagara después y pidiera mi factura. Hablo para para pedir la factura y me comentan que no se puede ya porque no me cobraron el iva. Muy mal servicio administrativo. I thought the service was very expensive, but I paid for it, they arrived on time and everything. Solo usan el nombre de MABE para hacer sus patrañas. Son unas viles ratas! Total scam. They make you a quote and then they disappear with your advance. In mk case 500 pesos. Es un FRAUDE total. Todas las reseñas buenas que tienen son de ellos mismo. Si ya te paso a ti DENUNCIA ante la fiscalía, sólo así dejarán de hacerlo. FRAUD. Si uno está llamado es porque necesita un servicio, si fuéramos expertos, no contrataríamos servicios externos. ¡¡¡¡PÉSIMO SERVICIO!!!! I contacted to request reports from a Maintenance Service and the man who attended me was very rude and hung up the phone on me. If one is called it is because he needs a service, if we were experts, we would not hire external services. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!

Nos hicieron una reparación de un cambio de una pieza, creemos que era una pieza usada porque la lavadora se dañó a los 2 días que supuestamente la repararon, llamamos para la garantía del servicio y la primera vez contestaron y dijeron que los técnicos se comunicarían y nunca lo hicieron, después volvímos a llamar pero al hacer el reclamo del mal servicio, colgaron, después de eso las llamadas se van a buzón, intente por wap y no contestan, hemos perdido 2500 pesos que pagamos por la reparación que quedó mal , y ya concluimos que nos estafaron porq nunca respondieron por la garantía y mucho menos devolvieron el dinero. Es un pésimo servicio. NO los recomendamos son unos ladrones! They are scammers!! Dos veces hicieron cita y no llegaron, a la tercera no había nadie que pudiera atenderlos, dieron por cancelado el pedido. Les reclamé y pedí reembolso. Me dijeron que como es cancelación no hay nada que hacer. Se quieren robar mi anticipo. Me colgaron el teléfono y ya no contestan. It is indeed a scam, as other comments say. They have no direction.
