★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedimos una revisión para el lunes 18/06/18 (la visita cuesta 250) de un refrigerador Mabe por qué no enfriaba, el técnico no realizó ninguna medición ni prueba (presión del gas refrigerante, corriente, voltaje, algún sonido), se limitó a poner el pie en el compresor, decir que este se encontraba en perfectas condiciones y decir que era una tapón en el sistema, solo necesitaba refrigerante y seguro estaba tapado en filtro deshidratador, se comprometió llamar al día siguiente en la mañana para dar el presupuesto, nunca llamó, tuvimos que marcar varias veces, la respuesta era un largo espere, hoy miércoles tuvimos que insistir, esperamos 20 minutos en la línea porque no había respuesta (tenemos todas las llamadas grabadas). Nos tuvieron un presupuesto que incluía el compresor (un precio al público de MXN 1547 solo por el compresor). Ahora resultaba que el técnico cambió de opinión y decidió que quería cambiar el compresor (sin ellos tener el refrigerador ni alguna medicación o prueba que respalde su diagnóstico). Para mí está es una estafa por parte del técnico, solo cobró por ir a domicilio, inventarse algo y después no responder por su servicio (LUIS ÁNGEL CARDOSO VIDAL).
Hablamos con el gerente, su contestación fue muy tosca, su único respaldo de la contestación es "está basado en el diagnóstico del técnico"... Nos iban a llamar para darnos de nuevo el presupuesto sin contar el compresor, (sin garantía en el compresor) pero, no hay respuesta.

For me this is a scam on the part of the technician, he only charged for going home, inventing something and then not answering for his service (LUIS ÁNGEL CARDOSO VIDAL).
We spoke with the manager, his answer was very rough, his only endorsement of the answer is "it is based on the technician's diagnosis" ... They were going to call us to give us the budget again without counting the compressor, (without guarantee in the compressor) but, there is no response.
