Mandaron a un técnico para revisar el porqué hacía tanto ruido, y de ahí se fue descomponiendo más y más, y ahora el congelador con escarcha, y abajo, ni enfría y toda la comida se nos echa a perder, ¡pésimo, pésimo servicio!
 I have been waiting for 2 months for them to do the physical change of the refrigerator. They sent a technician to check why it was making so much noise, and from there it started to break down more and more, and now the freezer is frosty, and downstairs, it doesn't even cool and all the food spoils, lousy, lousy service!

Sus técnicos mienten al decir que han ido a tu casa y que no les han dejado pasar o han llamado y no les han contestado. Afortunadamente descubiertos porque puedo comprobar que no es así. Quieren que pagues un servicio que tienes incluido en la compra. Montaje mafioso. No compres mabe nunca.
Painful experience. The Mexican company that dishonors its country. The worst customer service of all known. Their technicians lie when they say that they have gone to your house and that they have not been allowed to pass or have called and have not been answered. Fortunately discovered because I can verify that it is not. They want you to pay for a service that you have included in the purchase. Mafia montage. Never buy mabe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima calidad de sus refrigeradores de “acero inoxidable” y un rollo su atención técnica aún teniendo garantía. Ahórrense los problemas y busquen otra marca. Actualización: después de meses de ver que no pueden repararlo lo van a cambiar por otro modelo que nada tiene que ver con lo que compraron. Adjunto fotos de los refrigeradores en donde las diferencias son palpables.
Terrible quality of their “stainless steel” refrigerators and their technical attention is a bummer even though they have a guarantee. Save yourself the trouble and find another brand. Update: after months of seeing that they cannot repair it, they are going to change it for another model that has nothing to do with what they bought. I attach photos of the refrigerators where the differences are palpable.
