★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lleve mi computadora Mac Book Pro con ellos para consultar por que estaba muy lenta y en el análisis que duró 3 días y costó $450 me dicen:
"La tarjeta madre esta dañada, de hecho tiene pequeñas fisuras y es necesario el cambio por una nueva" y el costo rebasaba los $20mil... por supuesto no lo acepte.
Localice al día siguiente a un conocido que tiene conocimientos en reparación de equipos y en menos de 24 hrs (solo con limpieza) me dejó la compu como nueva y me cobró solo $1000. Me aseguró que la tarjeta estaba en buenas condiciones.
Muy poco profesional su diagnóstico.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ninguno de los tres que atiende están profesionalmente capacitados. Apenas saben cosas básicas.
No me pudieron arreglar un error que tenía mi computadora, me cobraron poniéndome piezas nuevas que no eran necesarias y ni así quedo bien la computadora y al no quedar bien, ninguno tuvo los pantalones para aceptar que no sabían como arreglarla. No solo eso, se robaron mi disco duro poniéndole otro que no servía, haciéndome perder toda mi información y terminaron de descomponer totalmente mi computadora. No lo recomiendo en absoluto, preferible ir a cualquier otro centro de atención Mac menos el de plaza Perisur, que ahí ya tienen un arreglo para que los manden a Mac Care.

They could not fix an error that my computer had, they charged me by putting new parts on me that were not necessary and the computer did not fit well and as it did not look good, no one had the pants to accept that they did not know how to fix it. Not only that, they stole my hard drive by putting another one that did not work, making me lose all my information and they ended up totally breaking down my computer. I do not recommend it at all, it is preferable to go to any other Mac service center except the one in Perisur square, which already has an arrangement for them to be sent to Mac Care.
