Desde hace unos 3 años la atención ha decaído, pues solo están interesados en venderte un solo producto (el que los obliguen a vender), en cuanto les comentas que no estas interesada te dejan solo en la tienda. He estado hasta 20 minutos parada en la tienda esperando a que se dignen a venderme lo que les pido. Entiendo que hay muchas personas que solo les piden les enseñen los productos y no los compran, pero en mi caso solía llevarme mas de 5 productos. El colmo fue mi ultima compra, pues por la pandemia no pudieron enseñarme el producto que compre, mi sorpresa es que al llegar a casa me encuentro con un labial con puntitos blancos muy finos y no me da confianza usarlo , tampoco lo puedo devolver : (. Aunque
me han comentado que estas gotitas emolientes son caracteristicas de los labiales satinados, no me da confianza utilizarlo. Espero algún día , la marca vuelva a tener la atención al cliente y los productos de calidad que tanto presumen.
