★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala comunicación, lamentablemente no pude conocer qué tan bien/mal trabajan puesto que mi equipo después de poco más de mes y medio no tuvo una reparación. No despejaron mis dudas, la joven de recepción desconocía el estatus de mi equipo, si no presionaba yo por información en redes sociales, no se tomaban la molestia de marcarme y darme el diagnóstico general, al final me devolvieron el equipo y me cobraron por la revisión, que está bien.
Very poor communication, unfortunately I could not find out how well/badly they work since my equipment after a little over a month and a half did not have a repair. They did not clear my doubts, the young woman at the reception did not know the status of my equipment, if I did not press for information on social networks, they did not bother to mark me and give me the general diagnosis, in the end they returned the equipment to me and charged me for the review, that's ok.
