Excellent for taekwondo and martial arts, my daughter is a state champion and ranking 2 of the country and my son is a national champion of taekwondo and ranking 1 of the country, they both train at Mac & Fit.

Taekwondo and Karate with professionals who train the Jalisco national team and who are Pan-American champions. They teach insanity classes. Later that night there are classes of apparently self-defense. There are many children, young people and parents. Recommended
