★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre tienen muy buena atención y surtido de refacciones. Soló que ayer compré un kit de baleros skf y me falto un retén que tendría que estar incluido. Regrese a preguntar por el faltante y después de una larga espera y revisión de cámaras la persona que me atendió me dijo que el había puesto todo en el empaque, cosa que no fue cierto. Tuve que comprar la pieza que solo cuesta cincuenta pesos.
They always have very good attention and assortment of spare parts. Only yesterday I bought a skf bearing kit and I am missing a seal that should be included. I returned to ask about the missing and after a long wait and camera review the person who attended me told me that he had put everything in the packaging, which was not true. I had to buy the piece that only costs fifty pesos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca volvería air, no te resuelven el problema solo te hacen gastar dinero llevaba mi carro y te tardan en dártelo para que al final nunca dieran con el problema y te lo dejen igual definitivamente solo te sacan el dinero
I would never go back to air, they don't solve your problem, they only make you spend money, I had my car and they take time to give it to you so that in the end they never found the problem and they leave you the same, definitely, they just take your money

Tardan muchísimo en arregar el coche, usan el coche como si fuera suyo, gastan muchísima gasolina o directamente la roban, lo desconozco, la ultima vez deje el vehículo con con deposito lleno y al entregarlo le entro 400 pesos. Si el arreglo es un poco complejo no lo arreglan, dicen que hacen cosas que luego no hicieron (contrastado). Pensaba que este taller era mas profesional por que siempre esta lleno y es muy caro, pero nada de eso, esta lleno de trabajadores incompetentes. No me importa pagar un poco mas por servicios profesionales, pero estos cobran como si lo fueran sin serlo. Si no te gusta que te roben, busca otro taller.
I have been to this shop many times and will definitely not return. They take a long time to fix the car, they use the car as if it were their own, they spend a lot of gasoline or they directly steal it, I don't know, the last time I left the vehicle with a full tank and when I delivered it I got 400 pesos. If the fix is a bit complex, they don't fix it, they say they do things that they didn't do later (contrasted). I thought that this workshop was more professional because it is always full and very expensive, but none of that, it is full of incompetent workers. I do not mind paying a little more for professional services, but they charge as if they were not. If you don't like being robbed, find another shop.
