El instructivo es insuficiente, en la caja aparece un QR inexistente que presume de ser un video de instalación, requiere forzosamente de 6 taquetes expansivos y sólo contiene 4 de pésima calidad lo cual representa un grave riesgo para la seguridad de la pantalla y de las personas. No volveré a comprar esta marca.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSIMO, hace dos años comenzaron a bajar la calidad, bajaron el calibre (grosor) del material por lo que soporta menos, recortaron los brazos de los soportes por lo cual giran menos, quitaron tornillos ahora son menos tornillos para sujetar la pantalla y asegurarla, además de hacer más chica las placas que van a la pared y redujeron las perforaciones a la pared en algunos modelos, en ocasiones vienen con defectos de fabrica lo cual hace bastante complicada su instalación porque hay que arreglar sus errores, lastima que quieran sólo dinero y no se preocupen por los clientes, antes los recomendaba ahora en lo absoluto.
AWFUL, two years ago they began to lower the quality, they lowered the caliber (thickness) of the material so it supports less, they cut the arms of the supports so they rotate less, they removed screws now there are fewer screws to hold the screen and secure it, in addition to making the plates that go to the wall smaller and reducing the perforations to the wall in some models, sometimes they come with manufacturing defects which makes their installation quite complicated because you have to fix their mistakes, it hurts that they only want money and don't worry about the clients, I used to recommend them now absolutely.
