★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alguien debería avisarles que la marca Apple no sólo es sinónimo de aparatos bien diseñados, sino también de servicio extraordinario. Mi experiencia con este local fue muy negativa, desde la primera interacción hasta la última, pasando por cada intento infructuoso que tuve para comunicarme con ellos. Pésima actitud de cada uno de los empleados con quienes debí interactuar. Habrá sido mi primera y única visita. Si tiene alternativas, aconsejo evitarlos.
Someone should warn you that the Apple brand is not only synonymous with well-designed gadgets, but also extraordinary service. My experience with this place was very negative, from the first interaction to the last, going through every unsuccessful attempt I had to communicate with them. Terrible attitude of each one of the employees with whom I had to interact. It will have been my first and only visit. If you have alternatives, I advise avoiding them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NO RECOMIENDO. EM PLENA PANDEMIA PARA INICIAR EL SERVICIO ME OBLIGAN A IR HASTA LA TIENDA PARA PAGAR MITAD DEL SERVICIO, AÚN CON UN CORREO FORMAL DE MI PARTE ACEPTANDO EL PRECIO Y ARREGLO. ME PARECE MUY POCO PROFESIONAL Y HABLA DE LA POCA CAPACIDAD FINANCIERA PARA OPERAR. RECOMIENDO IR EN OTRO LUGAR.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND. IN FULL PANDEMIC TO START THE SERVICE, I HAVE TO GO TO THE STORE TO PAY HALF OF THE SERVICE, EVEN WITH A FORMAL MAIL FROM ME ACCEPTING THE PRICE AND ARRANGEMENT. IT SEEMS VERY UNPRESSIONAL TO ME AND SPEAKS OF THE LOW FINANCIAL CAPACITY TO OPERATE. I RECOMMEND TO GO SOMEWHERE.
