★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dicen una cosa por teléfono y otra en la tienda , marqué a apple y me notificaron que era cambio total de equipo ,y me notifican que no presentó la falla , cuando ellos mismos le dijeron al supervisor de apple que sería remplazo , y que iban a pedir la pieza , y me llega un mensaje que no presentó nada y puedo pasar a recogerlo .
Ósea realmente mi teléfono presentó la falla pero se niegan a remplazarmelo , pésimo servicio ! , no se como son tienda autorizada , la persona que me atendió la primera vez muy gentil , contra el no tengo nada , David Campos muy humano y gran persona , pero el problema es la tienda , y tal vez algunos empleados , si piensas ir hay pregunta por David Campos , creo que es el único técnico capaz , los otros dudo de su servicio .

I mean really my phone presented the fault but they refuse to replace it, lousy service! I don't know how they are an authorized store, the person who attended me the first time was very kind, I have nothing against him, David Campos is very human and a great person, but the problem is the store, and maybe some employees, if you plan to go there ask for David Campos , I think he is the only capable technician , the others I doubt his service .
