★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mandé a hacer hace un tiempo unas palabras en PVC, explique cómo las quería exactamente, me hicieron cotización y todo, sin embargo a la hora de recoger las letras quedaron de diferentes tamaños ( algo que no me servía y no se me mencionó podría pasar) al hacer la aclaración, se lavaron las manos y me dijeron que si quería las letras de esa forma tenía que volver a pagar. El trato del personal es muy indiferente, parece que no saben sonreír.
I had some words made in PVC a while ago, explain how exactly I wanted them, they made me a quote and everything, however when I collected the letters they were of different sizes (something that did not work for me and was not mentioned could happen to me) When making the clarification, they washed their hands and told me that if I wanted the letters that way I had to pay again. The treatment of the staff is very indifferent, it seems that they do not know how to smile.
