Excelente ubicación a unos metros de la playa. Muy recomendable. Las recepcionistas un amor!? Very good treatment with guests and their pets. We went with our dogs and they made us feel very good. The rooms are very comfortable and beautifully decorated. Excellent location a few meters from the beach. Highly recommended. The receptionists a love!?

They advertise a room with photos and a description ,and when you go to the hotel you are given a different room of much lower quality than what they charged for and that does not correspond with the photos and description. People at reception very unhelpful , rude and dismissive. Manager not available or reachable.

Our sheets were stained, the rooms walls were stained, the shower was moldy - I expect this at less expensive places in Mexico but at this price point this should not be happening. The front desk staff are not helpful at all. STAY AWAY! I suspect many of these 5 start reviews are fake
A	Ashley Lu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Your money is better spent elsewhere (even for an expensive, touristy island such as Holbox). At $150+ a night I expected more. The rooms are just ok, there is no breakfast, no hairdryer, and not much facilities are available to guests. The staff only do the bare minimum - they even told me that they couldn't offer me any mosquito repellant when in fact I saw one right behind the counter! I found another hotel at a similar price with sunbeds on the beach, two pools, breakfast included, and the staff is much more helpful.

As the hotel was fully booked we had to look for an alternative and didn't get any help. Even after several attempts to contact the hotel management for a refund, we have not received any response. Save your money and your nerves and make sure you book another hotel on the island!
