★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En general un proyecto bueno, sin embargo la parte administrativa nada claro, nadie te responde, por cuestiones personales y tiempos de entrega (pandemia) optamos por otra vivienda y mi contrato fue rescindido, aplicándose una penalización que nunca debió ser ya que los tiempos ellos no los cumplieron, sin embargo se firma y aun no me devuelven el dinero, en general muy buena calidad de obra y unos procedimientos pésimos. Suerte a todos
