★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pesar de que los pasteles son deliciosos pero el servicio en esta sucursal es MALÍSIMO, TERRIBLE, PÉSIMO. Hace unos minutos fui por dos pasteles y dije "Buenas tardes". Ninguna de las 2 personas (ambas mujeres) me volteo a ver siquiera, y seguían platicando entre ellas como si yo no estuviera allí. Me di la vuelta y ya no compré nada, solamente por su mala actitud y cero servicio al cliente.
No tienen idea que la marca se ve afectada por estos detalles, y seguramente tampoco les importa. Verdaderamente lamentable. Considérenme un cliente menos. Y si no cambian a ésas personas nefastas que ni siquiera hacen bien su trabajo, cada vez son menos los clientes. Aunque los pasteles sean de primera, tienen servicio de quinta!!!
Even though the cakes are delicious but the service in this branch is BAD, TERRIBLE, AWFUL. A few minutes ago I went for two cakes and said, "Good afternoon." Neither of the 2 people (both women) even turned to look at me, and kept talking to each other as if I wasn't there. I turned around and didn't buy anything anymore, just because of their bad attitude and zero customer service.
They have no idea that the brand is affected by these details, and they probably don't care either. Truly unfortunate. Consider me one less customer. And if they don't change those disastrous people who don't even do their job well, there are fewer and fewer customers. Although the cakes are first class, they have fifth class service!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelentes y riquísimos pasteles de 3 leches, también creo que disminuyeron el tamaño, el precio para el pastel "grande" sigue estando alto ($450, que en rebanas pequeñas alcanza para 20 personas) aunque vale mucho la pena es un postre solo de ocasiones muy muy muy especiales. El pastel individual cuesta $50, y no creo que se más de 50gramos. Les falta modernizarse para poder pagar con tarjeta de crédito.
Excellent and delicious pastries of 3 milks, I also think that they decreased the size, the price for the "big" cake is still high ($ 450, which in small slices reaches 20 people) although it is very worthwhile it is a dessert only of very very very special. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Segun abren a las 8 y las empleadas llegan 8:10, y tardan muchisimo en abrir la cortina, no se que hacen ya que la pasteleria esta vacia, abrieron 8:30, no aceptan pago con tarjeta, solo efectivo y no tienen cambio.
Tampoco tienen caja registradora, ta hacen una nota a mano y el correo para facturacion es de gmail, que raro que no tengan correo de macram.

As they open at 8 and the employees arrive at 8:10, and they take a long time to open the curtain, I don't know what they do since the bakery is empty, they open at 8:30, they don't accept payment by card, only cash and they don't have change.
They don't have a cash register either, they make a note by hand and the billing email is from gmail, it's strange that they don't have macram mail.

Contrario a lo que leí aqui la srita me trató bien.
Precios muy caros,lo que me gustaria es que tuviera algun relleno de fruta no solo el pan mojado.
