★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se llevó a garantía una plancha y dos semanas después me comuniqué para preguntar por el estatus y me indicaron que sería cambio físico, tiempo máximo 30 días hábiles. Han transcurrido 45 días hábiles, la plancha no ha llegado, la chica de atención pidió que enviara un WhatsApp al supervisor Javier Carbajal y pues… no contesta los mensajes y nadie me da una solución.
An iron was taken under warranty and two weeks later I called to ask about the status and they told me that it would be a physical exchange, a maximum time of 30 business days. 45 business days have passed, the iron has not arrived, the service girl asked me to send a WhatsApp to the supervisor Javier Carbajal and well… he does not answer the messages and nobody gives me a solution.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buena atención, yo llevé mi cafetera y no tuve que dejar ningún anticipo o elemento de ella. Me hicieron mi nota de servicio (importante para recoger el equipo).
Me notificaron vía telefónica en menor tiempo de lo estimado.
No me la dañaron o maltrataron, fueron puntuales en la entrega y me explicaron bien. La revisión no tuvo costo alguno.
Observé que tienen algunos productos a La venta más económicos que en las tiendas de conveniencia.
Very good attention, I brought my coffee maker and I did not have to leave any advance or element of it. They made me my service note (important to pick up the equipment).
They notified me by phone in less time than estimated.
They did not damage or mistreat it, they were punctual in the delivery and explained to me well. The review was free of charge.
I noticed that they have some products for sale cheaper than in convenience stores.
