-sopa: varía el día
-entrada: normalmente arroz integral, verduras crudas y cocidas.
-plato fuerte: varía el día, pero normalmente son variaciones de tofu
- té ilimitado
Todo el menú por $120- $150
I totally recommend Tao, it is macrobiotic food, there is a daily menu and it includes:
-Soup: varies the day
-Entry: usually brown rice, raw and cooked vegetables.

Es apegado a la filosofía de la macrobiótica y ofrece un servicio y atención con esmero a los comensales, TODO lo que ofrece es delicioso y lo mejor es cómo te sabes y sientes con esta alimentación. El lugar es acogedor, lindo, refleja el alma de quienes lo crearon y atienden. Cada vez que visito DF voy a verlas y me cargo de su armonía. FELICIDADES ????
Without a doubt the TAO deserves more than 10 stars
It is attached to the philosophy of macrobiotics and offers careful service and attention to diners, EVERYTHING it offers is delicious and the best thing is how you taste and feel with this diet. The place is cozy, beautiful, reflects the soul of those who created it and serve it. Every time I visit DF I go to see them and I take care of their harmony. CONGRATULATIONS ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super quaint little macrobiotic restaurant in a tree lined street area of the city. Met the owner who genuinely has an interest in healthy eating and can see by the time and effort she goes to to explain the menu, in English for me who can't read Spanish.
The setting is quite Japanese, with seating on the floor options, as well as your usual dining tables.
Atmosphere could do with a little music or something.
Cute little health store in the front where you can buy your supergreen supplements or handmade treats to take away.
Definitely worth the trip if you're vegan like me, vegetarian, or looking for a well balanced meal that's going to do wonders for your health.
