R	Ruben Vazquez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se supone es el centro autorizado por la marca sony pero no tienen buena atención, al día de hoy 8 oct 2021 ya hace 2 meses que le están haciendo reparación a mi tv sony a la cual le hicieron un cambio de tarjeta supuestamente la nueva y original, tuvo fallo cuando me la entregaron y se la llevaron por la garantía y aún es fecha qué no me la reparan, les propuse que me la regresen como esta para que me devuelvan mi dinero pero ya ni las llamadas me atienden. It is supposed to be the authorized center for the sony brand but they do not have good attention, as of today 8 oct 2021 it has been 2 months that they are doing repair to my sony tv to which they made a card change supposedly the new and original , it had a failure when they gave it to me and they took it for the guarantee and it is still the date that they do not repair it, I proposed that they return it to me like this so that they can give me my money back but they don't even answer the calls.

E	Eduardo Palma on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Creo que no deberían estar autorizados por Sony para la reparación de equipos, ya van dos veces que les lleve una barra de sonido que entra en falla y no se puede apagar, las dos veces supuestamente me cambiaron la tarjeta madre y entro en garantía las dos veces, pero bueno, hoy es la tercera vez que me hace la misma falla. Así que espero que esta vez sony me dé un reembolso, al parecer no han encontrado la falla realmente, o simplemente no le hacen nada, sin contar las semanas de espera para que me entreguen el equipo. I think they shouldn't be authorized by Sony to repair equipment, it's already been two times that I've brought them a sound bar that fails and can't be turned off, both times they supposedly changed my motherboard and both times I'm under warranty times, but well, today is the third time that it makes me the same error. So I hope this time sony will give me a refund, it seems they haven't really found the fault, or just don't do anything to it, not counting the weeks of waiting for the equipment to be delivered.
