★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio y atención, el " técnico" solo hace la revisión y pagas por ella pero nunca te contesta ni te repara nada solo dan largas, te manda directo a buzón y la fecha que te iba a visitar no la cumple. Me iban a reparar una televisión Samsung y llame más de 15 veces durante 4 meses (porque la página de Samsung decía que eran centro autorizado) y la pieza nunca llegó y no tuvieron la decencia de decir que ya no son centro de servicio Samsung. Fraude
Terrible service and attention, the "technician" only makes the revision and you pay for it but he never answers you or repairs anything, they just hold off, he sends you directly to the mailbox and the date he was going to visit you does not meet. They were going to repair a Samsung television and I called more than 15 times during 4 months (because the Samsung page said they were an authorized center) and the part never arrived and they did not have the decency to say that they are no longer a Samsung service center. Fraud

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me cambiaron la esprea de la secadora, cariiiisiomo y me querían cobrar otras "mejoras", desde que la pusieron olor fuerte a gas, fue tanto que al hablar a otro técnico nos enseñó que pusieron una con cuerda diferente. Imagínate si no fuera centro autorizado.
They changed the nozzle of the dryer, ciiiisiomo and they wanted to charge me for other "improvements", since they put a strong smell of gas, it was so much that when talking to another technician he showed us that they put one with a different cord. Imagine if it wasn't an authorized center.
