★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tardan demasiado en atender, la atención por teléfono es pésima, al llamar para avisar que iría a recoger unas fotografías en la noche sus palabras fueron "haber si nos alcanza, ya vamos a cerrar" siendo que ya le había explicado que estaba ahí cerca, volvió a decir "pues cerramos 8:30pm, 8:35 y si no llega ya ni modo" siendo que el trabajo ya estaba pagado. Al llegar todavía no eran las 8:30pm y cerraron. La verdad con esa atención al cliente no quedan ganas de regresar, iba a pedir una ampliación de fotografía y con la atención recibida me arrepentí y no lo hice. Deberían considerar que del trato y atención que le dan al cliente depende también su negocio.

They should consider that their business also depends on the treatment and attention they give to the client.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen servicio buenos precios, la entrega de las impresiones son prácticamente inmediatas, le dan un buen trato y mejora a tus archivos digitales y me ha tocado ir en días feriados y trabajan a medio día cosa que se agradece ya que es cuando uno tiene tiempo para imprimir las fotografías.
