Llevé a que repararan mi cable del cargador de la computadora mordido por mi gato, Antes de que lo mordiera funcionaba a la perfección.
Lo revisaron y me dijeron que se tardaban quince días en entregarlo porque no tenían el cable y que cobraban 500. Como yo no sé pues acepté. A los 15 dias me marcan y me dicen que no se pudo reparar que por un falso contacto (es verdad que puede pasar eso). Pues ni modo, ellos son los que saben y yo confío... todo bien ahí y les dije que regresaría por el cargador y el cable sin funcionar.
Me tardé en regresar un mes aprox. porque salí del país y tuve familiares enfermos de COVID. Equis. Regreso y pasan dos cosas:
1. Me entregan un cargador que no es mío y aseguran que sí lo es (pero mi cargador no era tan pequeño) y me lo entregan desarmado y sin partes del mismo. Le comento a la señorita (muy agresiva y a la defensiva, por cierto) que hacen falta partes (ahí no me acordaba que ese no era mi cargador) y me asegura que sí lo es y que pues al ellos repararlo usaron partes y ya es lo único que tiene, que me puede dar otras partes de otros que tienen ahí, si quiero... Sí, me robaron partes de mi cargador y no tenía ninguna intención de regresarme y abonarme de ninguna manera.
2. Al yo ir a otro prestador de servicios también en Metepec, me comentan que esa reparación de cable no cuesta 500, sino unos 50 o 100 ya que es muy sencillo el cambio, que por cierto ahí me lo hicieron en 20 minutos.
CONCLUSIÓN: No recomiendo en absoluto este lugar para reparar sus MACS ya que como a mí, puede pasar que les digan que no funcionó, estafarlos y robarles.
Pongo esto para evitar que les suceda... suerte.
SCAMMERS and RATENERS.
I had my cat bitten on my computer charger cable repaired, Before I bit it it was working perfectly.
They checked it and told me that it took fifteen days to deliver it because they didn't have the cable and that they charged 500. As I don't know, I accepted. After 15 days they mark me and tell me that it could not be repaired because of a false contact (it is true that this can happen). Well, no way, they are the ones who know and I trust ... everything is fine there and I told them that I would return for the charger and the cable without working.
It took me a month to return approx. because I left the country and had relatives sick with COVID. Xs. I return and two things happen:
1. They give me a charger that is not mine and they assure that it is (but my charger was not that small) and they deliver it to me disassembled and without parts of it. I comment to the lady (very aggressive and defensive, by the way) that parts are needed (there I did not remember that that was not my charger) and she assures me that it is and that when they repair it they used parts and it is already what The only thing that you have, that you can give me other parts of others that they have there, if I want ... Yes, parts of my charger were stolen and I had no intention of returning and paying me in any way.
2. When I go to another service provider also in Metepec, they tell me that this cable repair does not cost 500, but about 50 or 100 since the change is very simple, which by the way they did it to me there in 20 minutes.
CONCLUSION: I do not recommend this place at all to repair your MACS since like me, it can happen that they tell them that it did not work, scam them and rob them.
I put this to prevent it from happening to you ... luck.
