★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful!!!!!! My iPhone SE under warranty from the USA with AppleCare USA calling and emailing the store to give me a replacement!! MAC store said in 4 or 5 days they would have my replacement. Then I get a call three days later saying they cannot do anything because Mexico has different IPhone technology than the USA !! BS!! As an employee , I know!! An iPhone sold in India, Africa, China, America has the same iPhone technology. It is not specific or different technology for different countries. The Macstore has NO clue and offers no service. Apple would be wise to dissociate with such a terrible business and An ineffective reseller!! Oh!!! And they have not even offered to give me back my iPhone!!! Horrible!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible! Just terrible, it feels as if they get bothered if you look for assistance! I've been told by apple support that i'm eligible for service in Mexico, but once i get to the store they just deny any support. I've very dissatisfied, i also think they really don't think they take our comments into consideration. It feels as if they don't care.

Every day everything gets more expensive.
Good thing my phones aren't Apple any more, as time passes by we might change our lap tops and our iPads to.
