T	The Audiovisual Factory on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio de post venta, por una compu de 70,000 le falla la. Pantalla por defecto de fabrica a Los 2 a;os, y piden 18,000 por reparacion, se pagan 1900 solo por el diagnóstico y te la regresan super sucia, como si ni la hubieran checado. Very bad after sales service, for a compu of 70,000 it fails. Factory default screen at 2 years, and they ask for 18,000 for repair, they pay for 1900 just for the diagnosis and they return it to you super dirty, as if they had not even checked.

Me enviaron mi ticket a mi correo sin problema. l	luis diego villalpando on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace un par de semanas fui a la tienda y estuve viendo los Apple Watch, el cual estaba interesado en comprar (terminé comprándolo en otra tienda). 15 minutos antes de la hora de cierre que estaba anunciada en la puerta, un empleado me dijo de manera muy grosera que me tenía que salir y que ya iban a cerrar, le comenté que todavía faltaba tiempo para el cierre, sin embargo presionó para salirme. No estoy seguro pero parecía ser el gerente o encargado de la tienda. Pésimo servicio al cliente.
