O	Omar Torres on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo, el chico de la entrada ni siquiera sabe lo que dice, le pregunté algo de mi cuenta de iCloud porque no podía acceder a ella, y a lo que me contestó fue, “no hay solución la puedes recuperar comprando uno nuevo de caja”, de verdad me moleste, y le dije “no te creo iré a buscar un lugar donde si ayuden”, yo sabía que era una brutal estupidez su respuesta, termine arreglándolo yo mismo!! Para qué sirven ellos entonces creo su actitud fue nefasta y si no sabe mejor que pregunte. Jamás volveré a ir a esa sucursal ? Terrible, the guy at the entrance doesn't even know what he's saying, I asked him something about my iCloud account because I couldn't access it, and what he replied was, "there is no solution, you can recover it by buying a new one out of the box", It really bothered me, and I told him “I don't believe you, I'll go look for a place where they do help”, I knew that his answer was brutally stupid, I ended up fixing it myself! What are they for then I think their attitude was disastrous and if you don't know better ask. I will never go to that branch again ?
