V	Valeria Reyes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dejo 2 estrellas porque en esta tienda algunos vendedores te mienten que el AppleCare ya viene enlazado en todos los equipos que ahí se compren y que por ende lo tienes que contratar. Si no fuera por solo uno de los chicos que en mi tercera vuelta para comprar un equipo (en la tienda online tuve problemas después de que en dos ocasiones en la sucursal me mintieran, en asistencia al cliente online me aclararon que el AppleCare es completamente opcional en cualquier equipo) fue el único honesto donde no nos quiso “obligar” a comprar el seguro. Si a alguien le dicen que tiene que contratar a fuerza el seguro, pueden reportarlo en asistencia al cliente. I leave 2 stars because in this store some sellers lie to you that AppleCare is already linked to all the equipment that is purchased there and therefore you have to hire it. If it wasn't for just one of the guys who on my third round to buy a computer (in the online store I had problems after they lied to me twice in the branch, in online customer support they made it clear to me that AppleCare is completely optional in any team) was the only honest one where he did not want to "force" us to buy the insurance. If someone is told that they have to take out insurance, they can report it to customer support.

Honestamente me quedé igual que cuando entre. No supe nada nuevo del equipo que me llamaba la atención y hasta las ganas se me quitaron de comprar algo de Mac. The representative that touched me was kind, but she did not make an effort to show me the equipment I was looking for and from the first instance she said that there was no stock. Honestly I was the same as when I entered. I did not know anything new about the team that caught my attention and even the desire to buy something from Mac was removed.

En especial de uno de los vendedores (Álan) te quiere vender lo que él quiere, me quiso vender una iPad a fuerza con el seguro de robo, y me dijo que no había alguna otra en existencia, que sólo en línea pero que me tardaría 4 semanas...Llamó mi esposa a la tienda (porque no sabía que yo había hablado antes)y resulta que si las tenían;” sin el seguro, de 64 y 256 gb y hasta en color plata y gris!!! Regresamos a la tienda y al vernos (Álan) todavía con un sinismo nos dice “ayer se vendió la última que había”. Al ver que nos dirigimos con su compañera, (muy amable y educada) que nos la dio enseguida, solo se quedo callado!….Muy mal con esos vendedores, se sienten los dueños de la tienda para venderte, y hacerte dar vueltas cuando quieren!!:( Horrible attention! Pero es servicio después de eso es muy bueno en mi experiencia. ??
