The attention is horrible. I went to the Technical Service and that they only attended by appointment... I made an appointment and that the technician had not come to work, that I could wait for him in case he arrived but outside the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Viaje aprox 3 horas comprar un Apple Pencil 2da generación en esta sucursal y me negaron la venta por que no llegaba el INE de la tarjeta de crédito de mi mamá, que justo minutos antes le había depositado 10,000 pesos, les dije que le pedía la foto por whats para confirmar la compra y en todo momento el gerente no quiso proceder al pago, pésimo servicio.
Pésimo.
I traveled about 3 hours to buy an Apple Pencil 2nd generation in this branch and they denied me the sale because the INE of my mother's credit card did not arrive, which just minutes before had deposited 10,000 pesos, I told them I asked for the photo by whats to confirm the purchase and at all times the manager did not want to proceed with the payment, terrible service.
Appalling.
