Deje mi computadora para que la revisaran el 20 de Enero y me dijeron que tardarian 5 dias en darme un diagnostico. Hoy 31 de Enero 11 días después de que la dejé, marqué para que me dieran una actualización y me dijeron que aún no la han revisado.
El técnico que me atendió se portó apático y desinteresado en todo momento. No dejen sus equipos aquí, no lo recomiendo para nada.
 Terrible service.
I left my computer to be checked on January 20 and they told me that it would take 5 days to give me a diagnosis. Today January 31st 11 days after I dropped it I dialed for an update and was told they haven't reviewed it yet.
The technician who attended me was apathetic and disinterested at all times. Do not leave your equipment here, I do not recommend it at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totalmente mala Atención la persona que atendió vía telefónica en primera no tiene modo para hablar en ves de escucharse bien ... su voz es como si no tuviera ganas de trabajar o el acento que tiene para contestar los teléfonos super pésima. me daban ganas de decirle pásame alguien mas por que no me gusta su atención
Totally bad Attention the person who answered the phone in the first place has no way to speak instead of listening well... his voice is as if he doesn't feel like working or the accent he has to answer the phones is super bad. I wanted to tell him pass me someone else because I don't like his attention

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima a tensión al cliente yo y mi hermano fuimos precisamente hoy y llegamos y estaba desocupada una señorita y ni siquiera fue de ir a preguntar en qué les puedo ayudar no se puso en su teléfono como ignorandonos y le preguntamos por los precios y no dejaba de ver su teléfono ni siquiera nos prestaba atención pésimo servicio
Terrible customer tension me and my brother went precisely today and we arrived and a lady was unoccupied and she didn't even go to ask how I can help them she didn't put on her phone as if ignoring us and we asked her about the prices and she didn't stop seeing his phone he didn't even pay attention to us lousy service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No contestan el telefono ni en la tienda ni en el centro de servicio. He llamado muchas veces al telefono que me dieron para darle seguimiento a la garantia de mi equipo (me dijeron que me lo entregaban de 3 a 5 dias. Ya pasaron 7 dias.
They do not answer the phone neither in the store nor in the service center. I have called many times to the phone they gave me to follow up on the guarantee of my equipment (they told me that they would deliver it to me in 3 to 5 days. It has already been 7 days.

El compa que me atendió se sentía como el mero dueño de la marca diciéndome bien déspota que para hacer válido el seguro AppleCare (que te insisten como perros para comprarlo cuando compras un equipo), tenía que sacar cita. Que lo intentara el fin de semana a ver si había cupo para la siguiente. El problema no es sacar cita, el problema es que el morro, dueño de la marca no tiene actitud de servicio y parecía me estaba tirando un paro. Fui al IShop de Galerias y sin bronca me atendieron.
AWESOME ATTENTION.
The guy who helped me felt like the mere owner of the brand, telling me like a despot that to make the AppleCare insurance valid (they insist like dogs to buy it when you buy a computer), I had to make an appointment. Let him try it on the weekend to see if there was room for the next one. The problem is not making an appointment, the problem is that the nose, owner of the brand, has no service attitude and it seemed like he was throwing me a strike. I went to the Galerias IShop and without anger they attended me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here for help with my Ipad as I am going to Gift my Ipad to a family member in need. I needed help to remove some files and the tech guy was Useless...I asked if he could connect my ipad to his macbook so I could transfer over some files from an App but he insisted that it wouldn't work. If there is a will there is a way and he wasn't willing. These youngster now are too Lazy to even try.
Thats all I wanted was for him to try...and I was denied. I ended up going to another MacStore where the tech was happy to help and was able to transfer my files with no problem.
