D	Diana Guerrero on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención, las dos veces que ingresé me hicieron sentir como si me estuvieran haciendo un favor por atenderme, además de parecer que su único interés era vender el AppleCare+. Luego de rechazar muchas veces el servicio, fue a trastienda por lo que yo necesitaba, pero resultó que no había existencias, solo de una capacidad mayor. Terrible attention, the two times I entered they made me feel as if they were doing me a favor by serving me, besides it seemed that their only interest was to sell AppleCare+. Él me dijo que había y procedí a ir. 25 minutos después, al llegar, me intentó vender el servicio de AppleCare el cual no tenía interés en comprar. Me insistió tanto que parecía que sin el servicio no me podía vender el teléfono. Al final solo se metió y salió diciendo que no había el color que quería y que no iba a volver a tener porque ya estaban muy escasos. Le dije que acababa de hablar para confirmar el inventario y me dijo que así pasaba a veces, que la gente llega y se lleva el teléfono que querías y pues era el último y (claro en tono burlesco). Cuanto les cobran a los empleados por venta? Porque parece que hacen lo imposible por no vender. Jamás me volveré a parar a esa tienda Terrible service. German advisor. I spoke before going to the store to confirm inventory. He told me there was and I proceeded to go. 25 minutes later, upon arrival, he tried to sell me the AppleCare service which I had no interest in buying. He insisted so much that it seemed that without the service he couldn't sell me the phone. In the end he just got in and left saying that there was not the color he wanted and that he was not going to have it again because they were already very scarce. I told him that I had just called to confirm the inventory and he told me that this is how it sometimes happens, that people come and take the phone you wanted and well it was the last one and (of course in a mocking tone). How much do they charge employees per sale? Because it seems that they do the impossible not to sell. I will never stop at that store again.

B	Ben __D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there to subscribe AppleCare+ for my iPhone, the shop is nice but this is not an Apple Store , the staff was really kind even though they were a bit cold at the beginning, I am a foreigner and they were shy to speak English I think.

Lack of stock and wanted my cel phone number to notify when stock was available but was going to capture my phone in his personal mobile...not very professional for a Mac store.
