★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible servicio , quise comprar un iPhone 13 pro max y me condicionaban la venta del teléfono a comprarles un applecare, a fuerza si no no Me vendian el teléfono , Apple debería tomar cartas en el asunto contra estás tiendas , ya que no te tienen por qué condicionar la venta del teléfono , al final lo compre en Sanborns , no volveré a comprales ni un cable a esta tienda
Horrible service, I wanted to buy an iPhone 13 pro max and they conditioned the sale of the phone to me to buy an applecare, by force if not they did not sell me the phone, Apple should take action against these stores, since they do not have you why condition the sale of the phone, in the end I bought it in Sanborns, I will not buy a cable from this store again

Compré un iPad Air que después llevé a garantía. Nunca me contestaron el teléfono y tuve que ir (yo no vivo en Morelia). Me lo recibieron y me dijeron que en 10 días o menos estaba listo, y me pasaron otro número de teléfono. Llamé a los 10 días y nadie contestó. Tuve que ir presencialmente días después, y me regresaron un iPad usado y rayado, y que eso era lo único que podían hacer.
Ese iPad salió defectuoso, después fui a preguntar por la reparación y lo único que hicieron fue presionarme a comprar una nueva.
Una señora de ventas me gritó, me hizo caras y me regañó como si fuera su hijo, cuando sólo le hice una pregunta amable sobre las garantías.
Cuando vas a ver los productos los empleados se la pasan pajareando y no te ayudan.
Pésimas esas tiendas, nada que ver con la experiencia en una Apple Store oficial.
Terrible experience with MacStore de Altozano. DO NOT SHOP HERE.
I bought an iPad Air that I later took to warranty. They never answered the phone and I had to go (I don't live in Morelia). They received it and told me that it would be ready in 10 days or less, and they gave me another phone number. I called 10 days later and no one answered. I had to go in person days later, and they returned a scratched and used iPad to me, and that was the only thing they could do.
That iPad came out defective, then I went to ask for the repair and all they did was pressure me to buy a new one.
A sales lady yelled at me, made faces at me, and scolded me like I was her son when I just asked her a polite question about warranties.
When you go to see the products, the employees spend their time birding and do not help you.
Terrible those stores, nothing to do with the experience in an official Apple Store.
