★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una tienda grande y como todas bonita, limpia, todo organizado, con mercancía disponible y su gente dispuesta a ayudar y resolver dudas. Ni recomiendo ir los fines de semana ya se siempre está súper lleno, es mejor comprar entre semana.
 It is a large store and like all beautiful, clean, all organized, with merchandise available and its people willing to help and answer questions. I don't even recommend going on weekends since it's always super crowded, it's better to buy during the week.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si pudiera les doy 0 estrellas, pésimo servicio, no contestan el teléfono y no solucionan NADA!, te hablan de un forma super déspota. HORRIBLE SERVICIO!
If I could I would give them 0 stars, lousy service, they don't answer the phone and they don't solve ANYTHING! They speak to you in a super despotic way. HORRIBLE SERVICE!

HORRIBLE; LOS ASESORES SE LA PASARON EN EL TELÉFONO EN TODO MOMENTO Y NUNCA ME VIERON A LOS OJOS, CUANDO POR FIN SE DIGNARON A ATENDERME ME QUERÍAN OBLIGAR A COMPRAR EL EQUIPO QUE QUERÍA PERO CON UN SEGURO ADICIONAL CON UN MUY ELEVADO COSTO, LES DIJE QUE NO QUERÍA Y ME NEGARON LA OPORTUNIDAD DE PODER COMPRAR EL EQUIPO, NO VUELVO NUNCA!!!!!

AWFUL; THE ADVISORS WERE ON THE PHONE AT ALL TIMES AND THEY NEVER LOOKED ME IN THE EYES, WHEN THEY FINALLY DECIMED TO ASSIST ME THEY WANTED TO FORCE ME TO BUY THE EQUIPMENT I WANTED BUT WITH ADDITIONAL INSURANCE WITH A VERY HIGH COST, I TOLD THEM NO I WANTED AND THEY DENIED ME THE OPPORTUNITY TO BE ABLE TO BUY THE EQUIPMENT, I WILL NEVER COME BACK!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESIMO SERVICIO! Puedes estar todo el día marcando por teléfono y NUNCA contestan, y te llevas una gran sorpresa cuando vas a la tienda y vez a uno en el celular, otro con clientes, y a dos en la caja en la laptops a un LADO DEL TELEFONO!! enserio les cuesta TANTO contestar el teléfono???
TERRIBLE SERVICE! You can spend all day dialing on the phone and they NEVER answer, and you get a big surprise when you go to the store and see one on the cell phone, another with customers, and two in the box on the laptops on one SIDE OF THE PHONE!! Is it really that hard for them to answer the phone???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención es buena pero la tienda no está surtida, cuando quise comprar mi iPhone no había y tuve que ir al de Galerías Mty, cuando quise comprar mi Apple Watch no había y tuve que pedirlo en línea, ahora fui por una correa de tela (de telaaaa) y no habían (casi ni tienen). Apple necesitas meterle más cariño a esta tienda, tanto espacio y empleados amables pero que se puede hacer si no hay otros productos más que cables para las cargas Dx Gracias.
The attention is good but the store is not stocked, when I wanted to buy my iPhone there was not and I had to go to Galerias Mty, when I wanted to buy my Apple Watch there was not and I had to order it online, now I went for a fabric strap ( de telaaaa) and there were none (almost no). Apple needs to put more love into this store, so much space and friendly employees, but what can be done if there are no other products than cables for Dx charges? Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio por parte de ellos queria comprar una correa de Apple Watch que precio es de 999 pero tenia el 20% de descuento ya que yo lo vi en el MacStore de Plaza San Agustin y les comente y no me quisieron respetar el precio y me comuniqué con la otra MacStore y me comentaron que si tenia descuento pero que no podian hacer nada En conclusión Es una tienda con pésimo Servicio al Cliente
Terrible service from them I wanted to buy an Apple Watch strap that price is 999 but it had a 20% discount since I saw it in the MacStore of Plaza San Agustin and I told them and they did not want to respect the price and I communicated with the other MacStore and they told me that I had a discount but that they couldn't do anything. In conclusion It is a store with lousy Customer Service
