★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buenas las computadoras y las tablets que venden ahí yo las recomiendo mucho, mi hijo el mas chico esta muy feliz con su computadora, me atendieron muy bien me ofrecueron unos celulares y unos relojes muy bonitos, el joven Edgar Trejo fué quien me atendió, se nota que esta muy capacitado y es muy amable, él me asesoró en todo. Muchas gracias.

6 employees, dial attending, a box to collect, while the others using their cell phone ... 30 minutes to buy headphones and we were only 3 customers ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El peor atención a clientes. Ni sabían lo que hacían y no se les entiende nada. No regresaré con ellos nunca. Nos atienden como si no supiéramos algo y eran muy fríos. Pero Erick si era un tipo de buena onda.
The worst customer service. They didn't even know what they were doing and nothing is understood. I will never go back to them. They treat us like we don't know something and they were very cold. But Erick was a cool guy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio compre un iPhone 13 pro max y no lo puedo usar porque no tiene señal y lo lleve a servicio y duraron más de una semana entregando me lo y es lo mismo y lo devolví y no más dijeron que era mi red que ya no me podía atender y además nada amable y ya lo probé con otras redes y SIM cards y no más no funciona NO HAY QUE COMPRAR EN MACSTORE SOLAMENTE EN APPLESTORE AHÍ TE ATIENDEN MEJOR
Terrible service I bought an iPhone 13 pro max and I can't use it because it has no signal and I took it to service and they lasted more than a week delivering it to me and it's the same and I returned it and they just said it was my network that I no longer I could attend and also nothing friendly and I already tried it with other networks and SIM cards and it just doesn't work NO NEED TO BUY IN MACSTORE ONLY IN APPLESTORE THEY SERVE YOU BETTER THERE
