★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came just to drop of a computer. Everything was pre organized with the hotline.
Even though the store is supposedly open late(until 9pm and I was there at 530), they send me somewhere else, because they couldn’t help me anymore. Even though there were no customers and 10 (mas o menos) “geniuses” (menos!) standing around and having a chat.
Told me it’s just a 5 minute walk.
It was an hour drive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetically pretentious, useless service department. To be fair, the apple genius person was polite and professional. As for the rest of the experience: I had to make an appointment 10 days in advance in order to speak to any human being about a broken key on my MacBook pro. When my appointment date finally arrived, hey HAD a replacement key in stock but insisted that I leave my laptop for ??? business days while they did ??? to my laptop. Not possible. A ridículos request at any rate. They could have done everything in front of me in seconds.
A patently absurd service policy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought my 2 yr old Macbook Pro in for routine maintanance in Aug 2021, and they broke my harddrive and refused to take responsibility.
When they returned my laptop it seemingly worked fine (as it always had). However within several days my laptop started having problems launching and within a week it became unusuable. Contacted the repair shop and they refused to take responsibility, as the laptop worked fine when they returned it.
Took it to a different repair shop, which informed me that my harddrive was broken beyond repair. During the routine maintenance water had probably been in contact with the harddrive, thus explaining its sudden but not immediate demise. Furthermore, several screws were missing.
In the end I spent aprox 80 USD for the routine repair plus another 200 USD for a new harddrive, plus I lost all data and several weeks of work productivity.
I went to the official store and paid extra to ensure I'd get a high quality service. Instead I got ripped off. What a scam!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in Dec 22nd to buy an iPad and the staff here have terrible attitude. They are arrogant and behave like they are forced to help you. I went to buy instead to ISHOP in condesa. Came back Dec 24th again to buy a cover and the same terrible attitude. Go somewhere else. This staff is extremely terrible.
