S	Sonia Miranda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aparte de que la tienda esta muy tranquila , los asesores son muy atentos y amables, resolvieron rápidamente mis dudas en soporte técnico, para ser una nueva tienda la vdd tienen muy buen servicio :) Apart from the fact that the store is very quiet, the advisors are very attentive and friendly, they quickly resolved my doubts in technical support, to be a new store the vdd have very good service :)
D	Daniela Pérez Galindo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio solo te quieren vender los iPhone con la garantía a fuerzas sino te dicen que no lo tienen y te mandan a la otra sucursal para que lo compres, hablé a servicio a clientes de MacStore y me dijeron que no es a fuerzas es opcional Terrible service they only want to sell you the iPhone with the guarantee by force but they tell you that they don't have it and they send you to the other branch to buy it, I spoke to MacStore customer service and they told me that it's not by force it's optional

Terrible service, I went to the store because I wanted to buy an iPad, to begin with nobody came to help me or offer me their services I had to shout who can help me because everyone was talking in the background, a lady came up and with a terrible attitude and also very rude with no desire to sell, so I opted to go to the galleries branch and buy there!
