Metan más productos a la tienda y serán los mejores. El señor Johann Vivanco y el Sr Álvarez, encargados de la tienda tenían una actitud muy grosera. No lo recomendó. Terrible service, they won't let you in. De verdad parece que no tienen ganas de vender, como 7 personas, sin gente y ninguno atendió. Termine comprando en ishopmixup que por cierto recomiendo el servicio. Llamé para preguntar en cuánto tiempo cerraban, después pregunté si si alacraneaba a llegar y me dijeron que con que llegara 5 minutos antes de las nueve, llegué a tiempo y un vendedor con caras y actitud prepotente me dijo que ya habían cerrado, se negó a atenderme y encima se portó grosero. El día siguiente volví, y me vendieron un producto que no era, la chica que estaba poniendo la mica de mi iPad no sabía ponerla, y nuevamente todos los trabajadores tenían una actitud muy grosera. Le pregunté a un vendedor y me dice que no han arreglado los aires. Increíble para una marca tan cara que no pueda solucionar algo que te ayuda a consolidar experiencias en los clientes. La experiencia de iShop sigue siendo la mejor en Mérida. I went to buy a product and I couldn't stay to configure my iPhone in the place because the heat is unbearable.
