★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I happened on this place when I was in the neighborhood and wanting to check out the price of a replacing my iPhone 7 camera as mine was dead after a bad fall. I immediately noted the guy's clean shop, clean-cut appearance, and professional demeanor. He asked if he could open up my phone on the spot to check if a cable was loose, which would have fixed it simply and immediately (and presumably for free). I of course said yes! He opened up the phone in front of me, impressing me both for his confidence and transparency in what he does, and for the educational part of seeing what is inside an iPhone. Indeed the loose cable was not the problem, so he offered me his price to install a new camera. When I asked if he could possibly do it more cheaply with a used camera piece, he quickly checked and confirmed he could, and could have the piece and fix done within a few hours. I was so impressed that I asked to add on a battery replacement to the repair. He offered me a package price that was WAY better than any other shop in town I had checked. He had the piece within an hour of my request, and did the repair, once again right in front of me. Jaime is a true professional who knows his stuff, offers fast, friendly service, and awesome pricing. It is an unbeatable combination!If you need your IPhone or Macbook repaired I wholeheartedly and enthusiastically recommend this shop. I sincerely doubt you will find a better combination of technical savvy, professionalism, pricing, and fast friendly service anywhere else in Mazatlan!
