Example: they change the screen of an ipad (relatively simple task) and they deliver it to you with glue residues on the edges ... something that I consider to be first level should be reviewed before delivering to the client. In the same way, when you ask for explanations, they do not explain you with the technical level that you would expect from well-trained personnel; They always talk to you as if you don't know anything (being some clients we do know what we are talking about). They have another branch in San Nicolás with which I have had a much better experience; I prefer to drive a little more because of the level of attention.
