I had my wedding here and the attention from the owner Carla was terrible, she left us standing in the meetings, she constantly changed the price and the quotation. It did not comply with several things stipulated. 1.- The living room in the women's bathroom ran out of water and the bathrooms were disgusting, the waiters had to carry buckets of recycled water to be able to wash their hands and empty the waters, since the owner did not come near. 2.- It did not comply with the chandelier in the decoration, and the ceiling of the room was seen "hairless". 3.- The package included a master of ceremonies who never arrived and nobody introduced us. 4.- The DJ is bad, we gave him the list of songs you wanted and I never respect it. 5.- The little attention we had, since we ignored messages and did not answer our calls was with little kindness and very bad treatment. 6.- Changed the arrangements of the meeting tables. 7.- He does not know how to make montages. The truth is that it is a HUGE SERVICE, it does not know how to treat customers and it is quite poorly done.

They never answered any phone, we went 3 times on a different day and time and there was no one to answer. It is not the first time because on another occasion that we rented it in the same way it was a problem to locate those who attend. Hopefully the owners will do something with their employees.

During the event, there was no water or paper in the ladies' bathroom, it was a horror for my guests and for me, I had to put up with the desire for the discomfort of entering with my dress, the package included master of ceremonies and I never arrived, the DJ that I have was terrible, he repeated the songs and even the music stopped, I had comments from my guests that the food was cold and it also seemed that it lacked cooking, I do not recommend this room at all and the attention of the horrible owner does not took responsibility for nothing despite being told at the end of the event

It has a playground and a good capacity of people, good location and excellent service
