★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención en un principio fue buena, pero a la hora de entrega, fue un caos dejaron el material en otro lado, nunca se comunicaron para avisar que el material estaba llegando, y no se hicieron responsables del error, dejaron qué yo tuviera que pagar por otro lado para mover mi material. La atención al cliente en este caso no es buena y la resolución de problemas pésimo lo dejan a manos del cliente.
The service was good at first, but at the time of delivery, it was chaos they left the material elsewhere, they never communicated to notify that the material was arriving, and they were not responsible for the error, they left me to pay on the other hand to move my material. The customer service in this case is not good and the resolution of terrible problems is left to the customer.
