Ellos tienen la política de "No escoger madera" y por eso no ay ningún problema. El problema es que su personal prepotente, en vez de explicar que no podemos hacer eso, nos quitan la tablas de las manos y nos dicen que allí "no cualquier lugar". Pésimo servicio al cliente. Edito: Como ya lo comenté arriba, el problema no es que NO se pueda escoger madera, El problema es la manera PREPOTENTE en la que se nos indicó que no se podía.
